Emergency roof repair

Old roof felt covering ripped apart exposing a hole and needed an emergency repair.

Bostik roof repair compound. Did it the same day called out.

Ceiling repair/decoration

Rain came through the roofspace above, causing a hole in the plaster and the wallpaper came down.

Filled all holes in the ceiling

re-papered and painted to finish. (Customer wanted to do the window themselves)

Sometimes im asked to diagnose problems with underfloor heating. In this case, even though the flow heads had dropped. One zone was cold due to an air lock
